The illustrated invitation for Spectrum’s SoCal event that honors Brainstorm Productions of Torrance, California.

First, happy world autism month!

Next, please save the date, namely tomorrow. On Friday, April 21 around noon, expect the dunes of Rolling Hills Estates-adjacent Torrance, California to sing out (Louise)! The occasion is a public ribbon cutting ceremony in honor of The Center for Learning Unlimited’s Brainstorm Productions, creative home for a team of atypical animation and illustration professionals.

Spectrum, a branded multi-media suite by corporate giant Charter Communications, will join CLU Transitions, DBA Brainstorm Productions (CLU) and Torrance Mayor George Chen at a launch event for its digital production studio, CLU Transitions, DBA Brainstorm Productions. The open air program will include remarks from repeat Brainstorm collaborators Linda Malik, author and filmmaker of WILLOW’S TALE, and Jane Kusch, author of THE SECRET LIFE OF SHEBA. Both authors’ intellectual properties boast designs from Brainstorm’s neurodiverse staff artists. Spectrum’s ere long event participation (tomorrow) stems from its role as bestower of 2022 Digital Education Grants to Brainstorm and other groundbreaking institutions.
